Returns Policy

At Sneaky's Boardstore, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. To provide you with peace of mind while shopping, we offer change of mind returns within 30 days from the date of your order. We’re happy to offer exchanges for store credit or process refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days from the original order date.

  • The item is unused and in original, new condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or soiling.

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all product tags, swing tags, and other included materials.

  • The item's original packaging should not be used as the outer layer for shipping (e.g., shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel). Returns with damaged packaging may incur additional fees or be denied.

Return Instructions

To return your goods, please include the following:

  • A copy of your receipt or a written note with the Tax Invoice Number, your contact details, and reason for the return.

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we may decline the return.

Additional Information:

  • Sale Items: Yes, we do accept returns for sale items; however, these can only be returned for store credit.

  • Fit Issues: We understand that sizing can vary between brands and individuals. If an item doesn’t fit, it will be treated as a change of mind return.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer return shipping labels via Australia Post, or you may choose your own courier for both domestic and international returns.

  • Return Address: Please contact us through your order confirmation email to initiate the return process, a return address will then be provided.

    • Please include a copy of your Tax Invoice or a note with your Tax Invoice Number and contact details.

Refunds and Store Credit:

  • Returns will be processed as either store credit or a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.

  • Refund Processing: Returns are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct "item-for-item" exchanges due to stock availability. Instead, we provide store credit that you can use to purchase another item from Sneaky's Boardstore. If you choose store credit, you can use all available payment options to complete your purchase, should the new order exceed the value of the credit.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot process a refund if you do not have proof of purchase from Sneaky's Boardstore or if you find the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere.

  • Gift cards and promo codes cannot be refunded or applied to exchanges. Promotional pricing does not apply to exchanged items.

  • If you purchase an item with a Gift Card, any refund will be processed to the original payment method, not the Gift Card.

Customised Products:

Unfortunately, customised items (e.g., gripped decks, custom-built decks) are not eligible for return.

Special Order Items:

Items that are specially ordered, custom-made, bulk orders, or corporate orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

International Orders:

For our international customers, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
