My name is Kris Markham and I am the founder/ owner of Sneaky’s Boardstore.

Born in New Zealand, I moved to the Gold Coast when in my early teens and loved the skate, surf and bmx culture.

I spent 15 years working in heavy industry after leaving school, spending long periods away from home (and unable to do any of the above). I stopped working away in 2025 and finally picked up a skateboard for the first time in nearly 17 years. I was disappointed to find there were no real skateboard focused stores in Bunbury, Western Australia — which got me thinking that maybe it was time to take a risk and try something I am truly passionate about.
